VENTROOF SYSTEM combines a nervured sandwich panel, a treated timber batten, a continuous ventilation cavity and an Evertile metal roof tile. Industrialised, lightweight, with a warranty of up to 50 years.

The system

Three functional layers. Versus six or seven traditional ones.

Structural sandwich panel, continuous ventilation cavity and metal roof tile finish. The batten performs a structural function without adding an extra layer. A single integrated solution that removes intermediate layers, reduces on-site errors and enables industrialised installation.

The finish with Evertile metal roof tile, in its models COPPO or EVOQ with a stone-coated finish, offers the traditional look of a tile with the lightness, speed and durability of steel. No wet trades, no continuous decking, without the structural load of the classic solution.

The four elements of the system

Nervured sandwich panel

Continuous structural support. PUR, PIR or rock wool core. Thicknesses 30–180 mm.

Treated timber batten

48x32 mm section. Fixed to the panel crest with 45x4.5 mm wood screws.

Ventilation cavity

Continuous eave-to-ridge. Improves thermal efficiency and reduces condensation.

04

Evertile metal roof tile

0.45 mm Aluzinc steel with stone or polyurethane coating. Warranty up to 50 years.
